Welcome to the CSTARS Radiative Transfer Model Repository Project
The goal of
this project is to provide a repository of programs and programming
libraries implementing Radiative Transfer Models for Remote Sensing
research and applications.
Status
We have released a reimplementation of some well-known radiative
transfer models (PROSPECT, SAILH, LIBERTY, GEOSAIL). Factors like software
modularization and flexibility have motivated this reimplementation. In
particular,
these features have made easier to develop both linked models (e.g.,
PROSPECT-SAILH, PROSPECT-INFI) and efficient numerical inversions. These programs are also currently available.
In this website you will find general documentation about the offered
models and packages and links to original sources and related
publications. For downloads and other project tasks we use the gforge
system at: http://casil.ucdavis.edu/projects/rtm/. We encourage your contributions!
